Order Cancellation
We start preparing your ring shortly after your order is placed.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours at no cost.
After 24 hours, if your ring has already entered production, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
This is because each ring is made specifically for you, and once production begins, materials and work have already been committed. We truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check all details before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
All rings from Cough Diamond House are made to order.
For this reason:
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
We kindly ask customers to review ring details, sizing, and specifications carefully before checkout.
This approach allows us to focus on craftsmanship and create each piece specifically for its owner.
Damages and issues
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, please contact us as soon as you receive it. We will carefully review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Resizing
We offer free ring resizing within 3 months of your purchase, allowing you to resize up or down by one full size.
Please note that rings with full eternity stones cannot be resized due to their design.
In some cases, instead of resizing, we may recommend remaking the ring in your correct size especially if it helps protect the design or allows for a faster turnaround. This option usually applies to plain bands without stones. We’ll always discuss this with you and get your approval before moving forward.
Shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Resizing Limitations
Rings can be resized to either increase or decrease by a maximum of one full size.
Please note that resizing beyond this range may compromise the integrity and aesthetics of the piece, and therefore, cannot be accommodated under this policy.
