Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. What’s Covered
Your Cough Diamond House jewelry is covered for life against manufacturing defects, including:
- Structural issues caused by craftsmanship
- Loose or uneven stone settings due to manufacturing
- Metal defects such as porosity or weakness
- Manufacturing-related issues with prongs, settings, or bands
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace your piece at no cost.
Resizing Policy
- One complimentary resize (+1 or –1 size) within the first 3 months of purchase
- Resizing availability depends on the ring design (solitaire, half-eternity, etc.)
- Additional resizes may be available at a reasonable service cost
What’s Not Covered (Wear & Tear & Other Exclusions)
While our warranty is generous, some situations are not covered, including:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, metal thinning)
- Loss of gemstones due to everyday wear or accidental impact
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Discoloration from chemicals, pools, hot tubs, or cosmetics
- Theft or loss of the jewelry
- Jewelry altered or repaired by a jeweler other than Cough Diamond House
💡 Fine jewelry naturally changes with daily wear—this is normal and not a defect.
Shipping & Service Costs
- Customers cover shipping costs when sending jewelry to us
- We cover return shipping for all warranty-approved repairs
- If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will provide a repair quote for approval before any work begins
No repairs are performed without your consent.

- This warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase
- Any work done by a third-party jeweler will void the warranty
- We recommend removing your jewelry during sports, heavy work, cleaning, or swimming to extend its life
