Warranty
Yes. Every Gough Diamond House ring includes a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.
We cover craftsmanship-related issues such ring structure, stone setting security, and manufacturing defect so you can wear your ring with confidence for life.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, metal thinning)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
- Loss of stones due to impact or everyday wear
- Discoloration from chemicals, pools, hot tubs, or cosmetics
- Loss or theft of the jewelry
Repairs or alterations done by a jeweler other than Gough Diamond House
- Manufacturing defects
- Prong tightening & stone security
- Free resizing (first time) within 3 months of purchasing
We offer one free resizing within the first 3 months of purchase. Additional resizings can be done at a minimal cost.
Ordering
Since each piece is made-to-order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Contact with your ordedr details at Contact@goughdiamondhouse.com for more.
We begin processing your order very quickly, and in most cases, it enters production shortly after the first 24 hours. Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel the order.
We kindly ask that you review all details carefully before placing your order. If you do change your mind, please reach out to us as soon as possible we’ll always do our best to assist if your order hasn’t entered production yet.

Shipping & Delivery
Production time for made-to-order pieces is typically 3–4 weeks, followed by shipping (5-9 business days within the Ireland & Europe countries, 7-10 days for the United States).

Use mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush for regular cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals and store your ring in a soft-lined jewelry box when not in use.
